The Power Weeder WM 1100CM Elite is designed for efficient soil preparation, secondary tilling, de-weeding, and intercultivation in modern farming. With its 5.2 HP engine, gear-drive transmission, adjustable working width, and 32-blade rotary tilling system, it helps farmers reduce manual effort and complete routine field operations more efficiently. The machine is suitable for vegetable cultivation, horticulture, gardens, and other agricultural applications where reliable soil cultivation and weed management are required.
Proper soil preparation helps create suitable conditions for planting and crop growth. The WM 1100CM Elite is designed to loosen and cultivate the soil effectively during secondary land preparation. Its 5.2 HP, 212cc four-stroke engine provides dependable power for regular agricultural operations, while the rotary blades work through the soil to support effective cultivation.
The machine operates at 3600 RPM and has a fuel consumption range of approximately 0.7–0.8 litres per hour, providing a practical solution for repeated farm operations. By mechanizing soil preparation, farmers can reduce the physical effort required compared with conventional manual cultivation methods.
Different crops and field conditions require different cultivation settings. The WM 1100CM Elite provides an adjustable working width of approximately 800–1100 mm, allowing farmers to adapt the machine according to the available field space and cultivation requirement.
Its working depth is approximately 150–300 mm, providing flexibility for different soil-preparation applications. This makes the machine suitable for working in vegetable fields, horticultural areas, gardens, and other cultivated spaces where controlled soil preparation is important.
Weed control is an essential part of crop management. Unwanted vegetation competes with crops for water, nutrients, sunlight, and growing space. Regular de-weeding helps farmers maintain cleaner cultivation areas and support healthier crop growth.
The WM 1100CM Elite assists with mechanized de-weeding by disturbing the soil and removing unwanted vegetation during suitable field operations. This can help farmers cover the required area faster while reducing dependence on manual labour.
The machine is particularly useful for intercultivation and routine weed management in vegetable and horticultural fields. With appropriate operation, it can help maintain cultivated areas throughout different stages of crop production.
The machine features a gear-drive transmission with two forward gears and one reverse gear. This arrangement provides practical control over machine movement during different agricultural operations.
The forward gears allow the operator to select a suitable operating speed, while the reverse gear helps with repositioning the machine when required. This can be useful when working in smaller fields, gardens, and areas where frequent changes in direction are necessary.
The WM 1100CM Elite is equipped with a 32-blade rotary tilling system designed to support soil cultivation and de-weeding. The blades help break and loosen soil while disturbing unwanted vegetation during operation.
The combination of adjustable working width, working depth, and rotary blades provides flexibility for different cultivation requirements. Proper blade maintenance and correct operating practices can help maintain consistent working performance.
With an operating weight of approximately 73 kg, the WM 1100CM Elite provides a practical balance between sturdy construction and field handling. Its compact power-weeder design makes it suitable for areas where larger agricultural machinery may not be convenient.
The machine can support various applications, including secondary soil preparation, rotary tilling, de-weeding, intercultivation, vegetable cultivation, horticulture, and general field maintenance.
